I guess I have kind of neglected my blog for quite some time, life gets so busy at times everything else gets pushed to the back burner! =(
In the time I have been busy, my boys have been growing like crazy and are the reason I haven't been posting. They demand quite a lot of attention these days, as you could imagine. Trying to find time for even myself has been hard!
They are now 15 months old (well technically tomorrow they will be 15 months old) and are crazy, energetic balls hyper'ness that are the definition of BOYS! They eat anything they can get their hands on, love to climb and vault of high objects, eat and play in the dirt/bugs, and need a nightly bath almost everyday! My life is never a dull moment with these two, haha. But I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything. =)
On another note, my wonderful husband went out and got a new camera for his business, so now I have something to play with! I was bugging him for awhile that I wanted something "better" to take pictures of the boys with, so I am having a lot of fun with this new baby. =) Maybe I will add some of the photo's later. ;)
Today, I am picture whore'ing it =)
No matter how many pictures I take of my boys in a month, it never seems to be enough pictures! I want to capture EVERYTHING they do. So just a warning, I may have gone a little picture crazy in the last few days... and of course, I just have to share! Most are from Christmas day, some are from the days daddy had off afterwards. =)
( Ginger watched over them like a hawk! I think all she really wanted was their paper... )
( Then she found this, but never once tried to grab it, smart dog! )
( The boys even got Ginger kisses! )
( Ezrah getting some one on one daddy time. )

( And last but not least, some pictures by the tree before we took it down and hauled it out! They are finally learning to sit up on their own. =)
To be honest, the best part of Christmas day was watching them experience new things like the wrapping paper and the tree. And I guess the food was pretty good too. I am just glad that they weren't at the age where they could crawl over and grab the tree without me looking, that I have to look forward to next year! Along with a whole new batch of things they can get into. For now I will just enjoy them being immobile!
( of course, the wrapping paper was much more appealing then what was under, the wrapping )
( Ace kept looking up at me with this blank stare everytime I tried taking a picture. Maybe the flash was blinding him? lol. )

Oh yea, I guess I should add in a "Happy New Years!"
Christmas... Already?!
I woke up this morning to realize that tomorrow is Christmas Eve day, and I have yet to plan, or buy anything for Christmas dinner. How sad. It seems that Christmas has somehow snuck up on me this year! Oh well, in a few more minutes I shall be trucking out in this horribly cold weather to pick up my mother in law from the airport, and because she is so good at this "holiday thing" I am sure everything should turn out fine. I hope!
This year we are being pretty low key about Christmas. We weren't even going to get a tree until my mom popped by with a "suprise!" I think it is more for the boys then anybody else, considering it is their first Christmas. The hubs and I decided not to buy for eachother, but I just couldn't resist! I would much rather buy something for someone else then have anything for myself, besides he really needs this gift for his top drawer!
So here's wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, and hoping we don't all go so overboard this year that it is full of stress and family fueds! (Crossing my fingers on that one...)

And I would say something cheesy like "Jesus is the reason for the season", but I think I'll settle for "Happy Birthday J-rock!"

(Here's one from the boys ;)
Halloween already?

It does not seem like an entire year ago when Joel and I attended Shawn's annual halloween party and I had suspicions that I might be pregnant. First clue, my tummy was bloated and I had a hard time squeezing into my cosutme, haha. A week later I found out that indeed I was preggo! Never would I have thought that I would be dragging around two little boys just to enjoy a night out, haha. But they are pretty cute, so I guess it's worth it. ;)
Anyways, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Back on the ice =D

Oh boy do I ever miss this sport! Unfortantely, I had to sit out last year due to the fact that I was a wee bit pregnant. Ok, I was a little bit more than a wee bit! So this year, I jumped at the chance to play. Some may think I am crazy to be playing hockey after having twins just 3 months earlier, but how else would I get in shape faster? ( I hate gyms =P ) And even though I am sore as heck, and having to jump off the ice whenever the babes need some boob juice isn't the greatest, I am more than happy to back to one of my loves in life. ( Of course now, it'll take backseat to my other 3 loves! ;) )
